Da har jeg laget en ny side i Art Journalen min. Denne gangen hadde jeg lyst å enten gjøre Tattoo stil eller Zentangel, jeg valgte tattoo.

I made a new page in my Art Journal. This time I wanted to either do something in Tattoo style or some Zentangel. I choose tattoo.

Jeg hadde jo bestemt meg for at jeg skulle ha et ansikt med på hver måneds side, og denne gangen var det ansiktet som ble utgangspunktet for resten av motivet.

I have deceided to have a face in my page every month and this time the face is the starter point for the rest of the page.

***

Denne gangen valgte jeg et av de første Bloomgirl stempelen fra Prima og det er ikke så stort og passer derfor perfekt som base.

***

This time I used one of the earliest Bloom Girl stamps from Prima, and they aren`t so big and just the perfect starter for this page.

***

Jeg brukte lang tid på denne siden, men hadde det utrolig gøy.

Her har jeg brukt mest akvarell fargeblyanter. Jeg fargela ansiktet med copics tusjer først og deretter resten av motivet med fargeblyanter.

All mønster er forskjellige stensiler som jeg har brukt deler av. 

Borden rundt siden er et stempel fra Dylusion.

It took a while to make this page, but I had so much fun. I colored the face with my copics, but the rest is colored in with aquarell crayons.

All the patterns are stencils that I used parts of.

The border around the page is an stamp from Dylusion

Ny utfordring hos StampARTic

It is time for a new challenge over at StampARTic blog.

This time we want you to use stamps on your project.

I wanted to make something with birds, so I grabbed Dina Wakley`s Bird stamps and there was this beautiful text to go with the birds.

So here is my card, had a great time making this.

I used paper from Bazzill, panduro, some digital paper and some TH paper. and different flowers from my stash.. I really don`t know the brands..

The Norwegin text is from Papirgleder.

Art Journal

It`s a new month, and that means a new page in my Art Journal with StampARTic.

This month I wanted to use Newspaper as a theme for the AJ. 

Either an actually page, a headline or the style.

I ended up using all of it.

Here is the dobbel site in my big Dylusion journal.

The headline is from a crafty news paper Donna Salazar made years ago.

The background is an actually newspaper site from the 50th`s

I also made a kind of 3 colom site.

***

The main text is handwriting and the rest is old rubons I had for years. 

***

***

And ofcours I had to make room for my monthly face. 

This time I used Suzi Blue`s gypsy face stamp.It is great and I love it.

This time I colored it with watercolor pencils from Primacolor. And used a lot of rubons.

Fargelegging/ coloring over at StampARTic

 Vi har en ny fargeleggings artikkel over hos StampARTic.

Denne gangen vil jeg viser dere min versjon av fargelegging med copics, papirklipp og prismacolor.

Jeg har brukt et Julie Nutting stempel fra Prima, de egner seg så godt til eksempler.

På det første bilde her, ser dere hva jeg har brukt. Dvs. Jeg har brukt et annet papir og farger på støvlettene enn planlagt.

Today I want to show you my version of coloring with copics, paper piercing and prismacolor.

I used a Julie Nutting doll, they are so great to use for these projects.

Here is what I used. I have to say that her boots got another color than planned.

Jeg ville gjerne ha litt mer dypde i klærne og har derfor brukt prismacolor på disse til slutt, jeg tok deretter min hvite fargeblyant og blendet fargene sammen.

Som dere kan se,er det mer dypde i motivet nå.

I want to add some more depth to this image so I colored er cloths in with prismacolors. Ant then took my white pencil and blendet the colors first on the blouse and second on the skirt.You can see there is more dept to this image now.

Det er vanskelig å se her hva jeg har gjort med fargeblyantene, men her er ho, ferdig "påkledd" og du får her se at det er mer dypde i motivet.

It is dificult to see what I done with the colors, but here she is, fullied dressed. And you get an impression  of the dept now.

Så da har vi det endelige resutatet her. Det ble en tag, disse er så enkle og greie å ha liggende vist man plutselig trenger en hilsen.

Pion Design

ArtJournal- Circles and face

There is a new post at StampARTic in ArtJournal

This time the theme is circles as the main theme and faces as add on... :-)

I choosed to use both on my page.

I used a balloon die to make the shape of the face, "body" and balloons. And for the face, I draw it myself this time..

I used text stamps for the balloons and the rest of the text is rubons.

I`m not sure if I am really happy with this page. But then again, and AJ is the place for trying out new things and I had fun making this. 

So it is what it is.

Blomster / Flowers

Today we have a new challenge over at StampARTic.

It is all about flowers.

You can make whatever you want as long as it has flowers somewhere.

I just wanted to use some papers from TimHoltz and I had this 8x8 inch paper pad "Menagerie". It has a couple of great flower pages.

I made a kind of big card this time, it can be for Valentine as well...

I used different flowers from several brands on this one. 

I also used this KennyK cut out. It was so cute and fitted perfectly with the rest. At least in my opinion. :-)

Da starter vi på et nytt år, og vi skal ha ett måndlig innlegg hvor vi skal prøve å gi dere litt tips angående fargelegging. 

Vi skal i hovedsak fokusere på fargelegging med copic og promarker.

Og det kan være fra det helt enkle til litt mer avansert.

Hello and a Happy New Year.

We have brand new year and we are going to have a new monthly article about coloring, tips and tricks.

We are mainly focusing on coloring with copic and promarker.

It can be simple or more advanced.

Jeg er en copic jente og må innrømme at jeg elsker tusjene mine. Det kan komme av at jeg føler at jeg virkelig klarer å få en fin blending/overgang med fargene.

***

I am a copic girl and have to admitt that I love these markers. Maybe because they are the coloring medium I can get a good blend with colors.

***

Jeg liker veldig godt å fargelegge litt større bilder eller stempelmotiv, og jeg er veldig glad i Mixed media dolls fra Prima. De er morsomme å fargelegge.

Idag har jeg valgt å bruke en av guttene - Aiden

I also love to color in some kind of big images and stamps. I really like the Mixed media dolls from Prima. And today I choose one of the boys-Aiden.

Disse stemplene har ikke ansikt, så da har jeg faktisk prøvd meg på å tegne inn ansikt. Her får dere en bildeserie hvor dere ser hvordan jeg bygger opp fargene. Jeg starter alltid med den lyseste og bygger opp derfra. Jeg fargelegger først hele ansiktet og begynner deretter å bygge opp fargene langs kantene og jobber meg innover i ansiktet. Noen ganger kan det være litt for tydelige overganger og man føler at blendingen ikke er helt ok. Da bruker jeg å ta den lyse tuppen og hente farge fra en av de mørkere tusjene, og farge med fra ytterkantene og innover ansiktet til jeg er fornøyd med blendingen. 

Håret fargelegger jeg på samme måte, men bruker mer fjærstrøk på tusjene for at det skal ligne mer på hår.

Fargene jeg har brukt her er:

Hud: E50-51-00-30-01

Hår: E42-43-35-37-39

These stamps doesn`have faces so I just drew a face on Aiden. Here is some images to show how I build the colors. I always start with the lightest one and start building from there. I take a couple of layers with that one before I go to the next color. I always color all of the face first, then I start building colors from the sides and in to the face. Sometimes the blending isn`t so smooth and when that happens I take the tip of the lightest color and pick color from one of the darker markers. I start blending from the sides and in to the face. I do this until I like the blending.

As for the hair, I also start with the lightest color and building up with darker colors. I use feather stroke for this.

The color I used is:

Skin: E50-51-00-30-01

Hair: E42-43-35-37-39

Here I used the same way to blend colors, using the tip of  the lighets colors to pick color from the darkest.

Her kan dere se hvordan jeg har bygd opp fargen på buksa med bare to farger. Og i hovedsak har jeg fulgt strekene og forsterket de med fargene og lagt inn forsiktig markering av folder. Har lagt på lag på lag til jeg ble fornøyd med dypden i fargen.

 Fargene jeg har brukt er: YG91-E84

På skoene har jeg brukt samme farge som på genseren og jobbet meg fra midten og utover på skoene for å lage skygge.

Here are some images to show how I build the colors on the pants with only two colors. I have for the mostly followed the lines and made them darker with the colors and tried to make some folds. I used several layes until I liked the color on the pants.

The colors I used is: YG91-E84

I used the same colors on the shoes as I used on the sweater and startet from the midle and worked my way out to make some shadow.

Idag har jeg en ny tag til dere. Jeg må bare innrømme at jeg har forelsket meg i denne fargekombinasjonen.

Today I have another tag for you. I have to admitt that I fell in love with this color combination.

Jeg har brukt Doilie Die fra Prima, Greiner fra TH og Tekst er Scrapmagasinet.

Papiret fulgte med i et scrappeblad jeg kjøpte.

Alt annet er pynt fra Nille. Jeg er overrasket over hvor anvendelig disse pakkene med pynt er.

Årets favorit er sølv julestjerna, den har jeg forelsket meg i.

The papers is a gift in a magazin.

Everything else on this tag is from Nille. I am truly amazed over what you can do with these embellishments. And my favorite of the year is these Silver poinsettas. Love them.

Jule/Christmas Tag- this one is for StampArtic.

Da var vi kommet til 2. desember, og tag nr. 2 hos StampARTic.

Jeg har valgt å lage en tag hvor jeg har brukt et av de store Bloomgirls stemplene fra Prima. 

Jeg liker å fargelegge disse med copics. Disse stemplene er for store for tager, men der ligger utfordringen. Hvordan få de til å passe best mulig på tagen... Jeg har tatt utgangspunkt i en av Prima sine store pastell tager.

I choose to make a tag with one of the Bloomgirls stamps from Prima. I really like to color these in with my copic. These stamps are way to big for the tags, but there is the challenge. How to make the girl fit the best way on the tag.  This time I used one of Prima`s pastell tag.

Fargene jeg har brukt på motivet er/ the colors on this image is:

Nederst på tagen har jeg brukt litt rødt mønsterpapir for å lage en liten kontrast bakgrunn til stemplet. Resten av tagen er som den er, eller dekket av motivet. Siden motivet er så stort har jeg valgt å bruke hele ansiktet og litt av håret på begge sidene. Dette er egentlig en sommerjente, så jeg har dekket jordbærene og sommerblomstene med blomster som er mer vinterlig og julete, og hatt på litt ekstra pynt. Jeg har også prøvd å lage en genser med høy hals. Den var moro å lage, jeg har brukt hvitt garn med innslag av sølvgarn for å få vinterfarger.

Blomstene og pynten jeg har brukt er en mix fra Prima og Nille. Disse passer perfekt sammen for å lage denne sommer jenta om til en jule/vinterjente.

On the bottom of the tag I used some red pattern paper for the background, the rest of the tag is as it is or covered by the image. 

This girl is really a summer girl, so I made the all the face and some of the hair on both sides be a part of the tag. I covered the strawberries and summerflowers with these more christmas like flowers and berries.  I also made her a sweather... And that was fun to make.. used some yarn in white and silver to get this look. 

My flowers and embellishments are a mix from Prima and Nille, they fits perfect together.

So you see, even a summer girl can become a perfect christmas girl if  one use more winter colors on the flowers.

AJ- doodling and text.

I wrote and article for StampArtic about ArtJournaling with doodling and text.  For more info about that, just pay the StampArtic blog a visit.

I just want  to show my page for this article. I did a double page in my big journal from Dyan.

This is also a drawn face, #5/100

Been taking Dinas Face class. :-)

Høst/Autum

Today we have a new challenge for you at StampArtic. And this one is all about Autum... 

What is it about Autum that inspire you, for me the colors are amazing, just love them.

So I made a card with the colors of autum.

I made the background with different acrylic and Prima chalk paint, and some HS colorshine- gold on top. Made it on a heavy weight watercolorpaper.

This cute bird is a Dina Wakley stamp and he is colored with watercolors. 

And to finish this of, I used some Prima flowers and other prima stash, some pearls,sugar dots and other bits and pieces. The sentiment is one Heidi Swap`s small Project life stamps.

Ny måndlig artikkel hos StampArtic

Over hos StampArtic har vi starta opp med en ny måndlig artikkel som heter bretteteknikk eller brettekort.

Vi tar utgangspunkt i en mal på et brettekort og gjør vår egen personlig vri på den. Grunnprinsippet å malen må være med, ellers kan vi leke oss som vi vil.

Jeg er dårlig på brettekort og for meg blir det måndlige kortet en måte å prøve andre varianter på, og det er jo i grunnen morsomt.

Folding card/Brettekort

Over at StampArtic we have a new challenge, this time it is about folding cards. So we want to see you play and have fun with this one. It is always fun to make something new. I have to admit that I am not good at making folding card, it take some time... and really, I don`t know why I said that... it always take time to make a card... at least for me..

I have never tried this step card before. But I found the template in the last Ett Trykk and wanted to try it out.

It was really fun, and I am going to make some more, that`s for sure.

Hos StampArtic har vi en ny utfordring og denne gange er det brettekort som er tema. Så da vil vi se at dere leker og har det gøy med denne utfordringa. Det er alltid gøy å lage noe nytt eller annerledes.

Personlig er det skjelden jeg lager brettekort... det tar jo så lang tid... og skjønner ikke helt hvorfor jeg en gang tenker den tanken. Alle kortene jeg lager tar tid, det er ikke gjort en fei, hvertfall ikke for meg.

Jeg har aldri laget denne type brettekort før, jeg fant malen på dette i det siste Ett Trykk og fikk lyst å prøve meg på et sånt kort.

Dette var moro og ikke altfor vanskelig, kommer garantert til å lage flere av denne typen.

A new article over at StampArtic

We are starting to have a monthly article in the StampArtic Blog, and we call it : This months tool.

For August we choosed:

Prima`s Distressed tool 

and 

Rangers and TH blending tool.

On this project I did use the small and round blending tool, because it is easier to use in my opinion.

I deceided to make a Wedding card, so this is kind of  a simple card using these tools in a not so difficult way and the result it still great. 

I think these tools are great for cards in this style.

 This is what I used to get this style

Here is the front of the card. Distressed the egdes with Prima tool first, then inked the egdes with the blending tool. Did that with all the paper panels, on both the front and inside of the card.

I keept the inside very simple to make enogh room for writing, because the person giving this card away like to write in the cards.

So this i my way to use these tools in a simple way with great results.
