Folding card/Brettekort

Over at StampArtic we have a new challenge, this time it is about folding cards. So we want to see you play and have fun with this one. It is always fun to make something new. I have to admit that I am not good at making folding card, it take some time... and really, I don`t know why I said that... it always take time to make a card... at least for me..

I have never tried this step card before. But I found the template in the last Ett Trykk and wanted to try it out.

It was really fun, and I am going to make some more, that`s for sure.

Hos StampArtic har vi en ny utfordring og denne gange er det brettekort som er tema. Så da vil vi se at dere leker og har det gøy med denne utfordringa. Det er alltid gøy å lage noe nytt eller annerledes.

Personlig er det skjelden jeg lager brettekort... det tar jo så lang tid... og skjønner ikke helt hvorfor jeg en gang tenker den tanken. Alle kortene jeg lager tar tid, det er ikke gjort en fei, hvertfall ikke for meg.

Jeg har aldri laget denne type brettekort før, jeg fant malen på dette i det siste Ett Trykk og fikk lyst å prøve meg på et sånt kort.

Dette var moro og ikke altfor vanskelig, kommer garantert til å lage flere av denne typen.

I used stamp and paper from Santoro- Mirabelle collection, flowers from Prima, the birdcage in wood is a Kaisercraft one, and the rest is things from my stash.

I got the stamp from Charmed Card and Craft, it is beautiful :-) Thank you Karen.

New challenge over at the StampArtic blog

Well vacation is over and we are starting over again with the monthly challenges and articles.

I decided to make two projects for this challenge.

One tag:

 I used Dina Weakly`s bird stamp and colored it with water colors. I really like the outcome and it was fun doing that.

Next, I made an Art Journal page, using a stamp from Mo Manning. I just love this stamp and think it is fun and adorable at the same time.

Creative with dies.

 Over at StampArtic we have been creative with dies. At least I tried to be creative. I was kind of inspired by the Fabergè eggs. 

Mine isn`t near a Fabergè, but I had fun making this.

Over hos StampArtic har vi vært kreativ med dies. Dvs. jeg har prøvd å være kreativ.

Jeg ble inspirert av de vakre Fabergè eggene. 

Mitt er ikke i nærheten av å ligne Fabergè, men jeg hadde det moro underveis.

I made a  box shaped like an egg. 

I drybrushed it with Viva Inkagold and Decoart paint

Jeg har laget en eggformet boks som jeg har tørrbørsta med maling fra Viva Inka Gold og Decoart Paint.

For the eggshaped I used a big balloon die from Simon Says Stamps. The other dies are from Joy craft.

For selve eggformen har jeg brukt en ballong die fra Simon Says Stamp og de andre er fra Joy Craft.

The embossing is the Regal embossingfolder from Tim Holtz.

I also used some Prima flowers and made the orange rose using punched flowers.

Some pearl lace and the rest of the pearls made with Viva pearl pen.

I tillegg har jeg brukt Prima blomster og rosen i midten har jeg laget selv, med punchet blomster. 

Jeg har også brukt perlebånd langs sidene og på forsiden og baksiden har jeg laget perlene med Viva pearl pen.

Da er det tid for ny utfordring over hos CopicMarkerNorge. Og vi starter med Bingo.. er jo litt moro med sånn utfordring- man har jo noen alternativ å velge mellom.

Jeg valgte å lage en tag denne gangen.

Tager er så anvendelig og smart å ha liggende på lur, hvis man trenger noe å legge ved en gave eller bare for å gi en liten hilsen.

Jeg bruker tager fra Prima sin tagbok, synes de veldig fine å bruke.

Its Friday and a new challenge over at SFTW

It is time for a new challenge over at SFTW. 

Even tough several of us has already startet with christmas cards, we are not there yet at SFTW. 

For this challenge we want to see Fall Colors on your project. 

This challenge is sponsored by Bugaboo stamps and I used this cute litle fellow.

I made an easel card for this one, using my big Sizzic die again. I really like this die.

Flowers are prima and papers are Graphic45, French country.

Vi fortsetter litt med Jul hos CMN..

Vi er fortsatt i julemodus over hos Copic Marker Norge. Man må nesten være det  hvis man skal delta på julemesser osv. Da er det mye som skal lages. Julegavene kan også være lurt å begynne å tenke på, sånn litt forsiktig i allefall. Så da sier vi at: Alt går, så lenge det har med jul :-), og lager du kort, ja, da er du godt igang med å glede en annen.

Over at SFTW we want to see.....

Fairies and Fantasy. With that said, you can go crazy with your project. There are so many beautiful images with this theme out there. It can be really hard to choose what to use.

I for instance didn`t have to go looking. I have this beautiful image from Charmed Card and Crafts- pixie collections.
She is so adorable. And I am kind of into grey and pink these days- so that was my choice of colors.

I did a little difference to the image. I cut of her original wings and used these transparent leafs as wings instead.

As you can see here is an owl as well, but I also used some prima goodies as embellishment

I colored her with my copics and used paper from TH, the shabby collection and the doilie is from Frekled Fawn.

Nothing but a Square.

It is time for a new challenge over at SFTW and this time you can do anything and any shape you want, but not a square.

This is my take on this challenge.

This is my first attempt to make a shaped card like this, but I had fun doing it. And I really love this image. 

Sorry for this photo, the colors are so much better IR, but I had to take this picture with my cellphone.

Feeling Flora?

                           Feeling Floral.

So we would like to see some flowers somewhere. Either as the image, the papers, embellishments or all 3!!

This is my card.

 

 I been digging true my old prima stuff and some new. So almost everything exept the pearl is prima. The birds are Donne Downey foam stamps and I stamped them with FC gelatos, what a great medium. 

The sentiment is actually a Norwegian stamp company- Stempelglede. I have a tendency to forget that stamp. Just remembered and it was perfect for this card.

It says something like this: My Friend.. I thougt I would write you some words and send you a big hug. Wish you a great day!
