Christmas card

I bought a new spellbinder die ona craft convention because I liked the xmas stocking on it.
I been thinking a lot about how to make a card with it.
Finally I found the solution and I made this card. I went for these not so bright colors, and hope it has more of an elegant look. I just love this stocking, I used chalks to color this in. I spent almoust four hours making this card, and got lost in time, because I enjoyed it so much.
These photos doesnt really show the card. I like it, but have to admitt that it would b better if I had the correct light. Well, I had so much fun making it. Hope you like it.

Here is a close up of the stocking :-D

And ofcourse this Lovely Christmas Pixie.

I have a big family and ofcourse there`s a lot of birthdays. Earlier I tried to make a card to almost everyone, but this year I haven`t been that clever. But there are two one years this year, and this is a card for one of them. I used old papers and stuff from my stash. I have to much and have to use it. The image is from Mo`s digial Pencil and is colored with my copics.

Sunday and guess what- challenge at Dotties

This week it is my turn to do the challenge at Dotties World. This is what I said:

Hello folks,
This is what I want this week. I want you to do this sketch, you can turn it around as you wish, but it has to be recognizable. You can use any Charmed download of your choice. I have to admit that an animal included would be nice. To give you some ideas- safari, zoo, cats, dogs and so on. Well, be creative and have fun. By the way, we have some fun animal stamps in our last christmas collection- just a hint... :-D they will work fine in this challenge

This is my card for this challenge. I am still in vacation modus, thats for sure. I wanted to use one of the newest xmas stamps from Charmed card and Crafts, so I deceided to use this cat, it`s kind of cute, don`t you think.

Beside the charmed download I have used:

Cardstock is Bazzill and Stampin up
I can`t remember from where the pattern paper is.
The sentiment are Stampin Up, and I also used theirs oval punches. I also handwrote a sentiment, and the rest of the text is just cut out from some pattern paper.
And I used some sticekers from my stash.

So why don`t you just take a visit to Dotties World and see for your self what the rest of the team has come up with.
And ofcourse you are more than welcome to join in this challenge.

New Arrival- at Dotties

This week Nicole was the one to have a wish at Dotties World What did she wish for? Just a tip: babies....

About that she said:

New Arrival
It seems like every time I turn around another friend or relative is expecting a baby! I need to get organized and get some cards made early just in case some of those babies arrive early!

I'd like to see some "Congratulations on your New Arrival" cards!
You don't have to use the phrase "Congratulations on your New Arrival" but you do have to use a Charmed Download...have fun! Oh I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with!

This is my card for this challenge. I had lot of fun making it. It is not often I got the change to make cards for new born, but I really like it.

Recepice:
Cardstock : Bazzill
Pattern Paper are HTP and Panduro - footprints is an old paper and I can`t remember from where I got it.
Sentiment and baby are also from Htp. I used prima flower and other embellishments from my stash.

This cute little charmed one is from the "Love and Marriage" collection.

So now is the time to visit Dotties World and see what the rest of the team has come up with. I am pretty sure that`s some amazing stuff, they are so good at it.
